Q. How to get access to FlinkISO Forum?
Ans:In order to able to post, you must be a registered user either with FlinkISO either On-premise or Cloud. You can login to the forum via using your email address, which you or your administrator used duing the registration on the websile. Once you have the email address, use the same email addres and generate a token. We will send you the token on the same email address. Use that token along with the email address to login. You can read posts without login.

User with multiple roles
Dear support team,
We have user with multiple roles, in different department.
Example: He is a Quality Manager in Quality Department and also Technical Manager in Technical Department.
To have impartially control, what is the better approach?
Can we create 2 users for him, each for different department and role. Then, we set for him that he cannot approve his own work by using his another user.

Creating 2 users is possible if you add 2 employees ( with different email addresses) and then create 2 users. You can keep both users as “non approvers” so that any record they add, will be send to some approver.
Also, since you are add HTML Form level access, you can still have a single user and allow him/ her access to selected HTML Forms. This will work irrespective of a department & designation. Keep the user as “non approver” so that any record added by this user will be sent for an approval to some other user.
