Q. How to get access to FlinkISO Forum?
Ans:In order to able to post, you must be a registered user either with FlinkISO either On-premise or Cloud. You can login to the forum via using your email address, which you or your administrator used duing the registration on the websile. Once you have the email address, use the same email addres and generate a token. We will send you the token on the same email address. Use that token along with the email address to login. You can read posts without login.

Why onlyofice is loading a blur page
Just finished installing using the script, went very smooth. now I a able to access the application, only office tab and phpmyadmin.
Opened FlinkISO and start familiarizing myself by adding location, standards, positions …etc
Created policy template y uploading a document, when clicking “Your document is ready, click here to load the document.” -→ nothing happened
I went to onlyoffice and activated the sample testing examples, there when loading a document, i reach a blur page.

Hi,
There could be multiple reasons.
1. Onlyoffce APIs are not loading properly. Make sure that both ONLYOFFICE & FlinkISO are on same server and access the application with IP.
2. Missing document. Make sure that the document you want to load is available on a server and path is correct.
3. Incorrect token: Make sure you have copied the correct token from the local.json file to core.php file. See here: https://www.flinkiso.com/manual/installation.html
4. If you have enabled the Onlyoffice examples, disable it while using onlyoffice via FlinkISO.
5. If you are not able to view anyone even in onlyoffice examples, then make sure all the required ports are open and also ref to Onlyoffice forums for a right solution.

Points 1, 2, and 3 are correctly configured - otherwise I will not be able to access and activate the example services.
Point 4: Non loading page, is in both the example and FlinkISO application, and yes I uploaded a document to FlinkISO (disabling the example services).
For point 5, can you please put me in right direction by pasting the onlyoffice forum URL.
