Q. How to get access to FlinkISO Forum?

Ans:In order to able to post, you must be a registered user either with FlinkISO either On-premise or Cloud. You can login to the forum via using your email address, which you or your administrator used duing the registration on the websile. Once you have the email address, use the same email addres and generate a token. We will send you the token on the same email address. Use that token along with the email address to login. You can read posts without login.

Problem with onlyoffice token


Hello, I am trying to open a document from FlinkIso but I cannot do it, I have Onlyoffice installed on the same server and everything seems to work correctly in the local installation of Onlyoffice but not from FlinkIso, the error I have is "The document security token is not correctly formed Please contact your Document Server administrator" I have changed the keys to a self-generated one but I don't know if I should request Onnlyoffice for a specific token for the community version or there is something I am configuring wrong, check the flinkiso forum and check the Onlyoffice site. but I can't solve it, thanks for the help.
