Q. How to get access to FlinkISO Forum?

Ans:In order to able to post, you must be a registered user either with FlinkISO either On-premise or Cloud. You can login to the forum via using your email address, which you or your administrator used duing the registration on the websile. Once you have the email address, use the same email addres and generate a token. We will send you the token on the same email address. Use that token along with the email address to login. You can read posts without login.

It does not resspond when I my regedstered email is proceeded

I add my emailid and pressed proceed , no reaction no error

What email address are you using? Also check if your cURL is working.

Hi

I saw the other posts in the forum, it asked to check curl . Curl was available. 

I am using marinadb as database. I wanted to test the application before going for commercial version.

Hi,

We have fixed the issue.

​​You can try the registration again, but before that, you need to empty these tables from flinkiso Db

Run from phpmyadmin:

TRUNCATE companies; TRUNCATE departments; TRUNCATE designations; TRUNCATE employees; TRUNCATE users;

​​Once the DB is clear, add your email address and click proceed. This should them take you to the login page. Your username and password is your email.
