Q. How to get access to FlinkISO Forum?
Ans:In order to able to post, you must be a registered user either with FlinkISO either On-premise or Cloud. You can login to the forum via using your email address, which you or your administrator used duing the registration on the websile. Once you have the email address, use the same email addres and generate a token. We will send you the token on the same email address. Use that token along with the email address to login. You can read posts without login.

FlinkISO On-Premise Edition is FREE. What customers pays is only for services which they opt in, which are optional. When you download any version (Lite/Enterprise), you get exact same application. However, enterprise edition comes with Priority Support. We charge customers for following:
- Application Installation
- Enterprise Support
- API (FlinkISO & ONLYOFFICE)
- Training
- Additional Customisation
If you are using a Lite version, you still get support via forum. You also get to use APIs which are required to build the application custom forms FREE for one month. After one month, you can either pay USD.80 per month or discontinue with APIs. All the forms you have already created will be on your On-Premise system and you can use them without any restrictions.
You also have an option to install your own ONLYOFFICE server on your premise and configure the application to use your ONLYOFFICE server instead of FlinkISO Server. ONLYOFFICE also has a free and paid versions which you can choose from.
